Ich bin gerade über ein sehr angenehm zu lesendes Porträt von Donald E. Knuth gestolpert, dem Erfinder meines Lieblingstextsatzsystems (La)TeX und einem der bedeutendsten Computerwissenschaftler überhaupt. Der Text ist schon von 2002, aber nachdem man ihn gelesen hat, wird man merken, dass diese Distanz zum Heute im Knuth'schen Denken sowieso keine große Rolle spielt.
That's the slogan of the 23C3, the 23rd Chaos Communication Congress in Berlin. A lot of the talks are really interesting, both for geeks and non-geeks. And the really cool thing is that the whole congress is streamed in real-time.

Now that the congress is over a lot of the streams have been archived and the official recordings have been announced to be published shortly. I am very eager to see some of the talks...
